How long does Business Name Registration take?
Business Name Registration typically takes between 3 to 5 working days from the moment you submit all required documents and make the initial 50% upfront payment.
Do I need to visit your office?
No, you don't. Our entire process is fully online. You can upload your documents, sign digitally, and download your final CAC certificate directly from your dashboard.
What is the 50% upfront payment policy?
To protect both parties, we require a 50% commitment fee before we begin processing your application. The remaining 50% balance is only paid after your application is approved by CAC and before you download the certificate.
Are my documents secure?
Yes, absolutely. We are an NDPC-registered data processor (NDPC/DCP/10275). Your IDs, signatures, and business data are encrypted and stored securely.
What if my proposed business name is rejected by CAC?
If your primary proposed name is rejected, we will use your alternative names provided during the order process. We do not charge extra for submitting the alternative names.
