1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Verlix Co Ltd acts as an accredited agent for the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). We provide business registration and post-incorporation services.

3. Payment Terms

We require a 50% upfront payment before commencing any work. The 50% balance must be paid before the final certificate and documents are released. Government fees (e.g., stamp duties) are separate and must be paid as indicated.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information, including valid Government IDs and signatures. False information may lead to rejection by the CAC, for which we are not liable.
