Refund Policy

1. 50% Upfront Payment

The initial 50% payment is a non-refundable commitment fee. Once this payment is made, our team immediately begins processing your documents, conducting searches, and allocating resources to your application.

2. Government Fees

Any government fees (such as Stamp Duty or CAC filing fees) paid through us are non-refundable once they have been remitted to the government Treasury Single Account (TSA) via Remita.

3. Rejections by CAC

If your application is queried or rejected by CAC due to our error, we will rectify it at no extra cost to you. If it is rejected because of false information or invalid IDs provided by you, no refund will be issued.
